Booking Policy

Please read our terms and conditions prior to booking.

No Tolerance Policy,Please be Kind and Respectful to all our Staff Members.We work very hard to provide the best quality customer service to help make clients happy. Any clients that may be abusing staff may be asked to leave.

Must Provide at least 24 hours of notice, if it is a larger booking we would appreciate more notice of cancellation. We are more than happy to reschedule your appointment,however if less than 24 hours is given your prepayment acts as the cancellation fee.

Once bookings have been paid and confirmed we cannot give a cash refund,more than happy to issue a gift voucher to use at later date.

Please make sure if you require any additional work to Inform us prior to appointment to avoid disappointment.If it is not booked correctly,we are not required to carry the work out.Please contact us if you are not sure what to book or require more information .
