BOOKING POLICY

Please make sure if you require any additional work to Inform us prior to appointment, as we cannot guarantee we will have the time to do it. Please contact us if you are not sure what to book .We reserve the right to refuse bookings,if there is not enough time allowance for treatments that has been booked incorrectly.

All Bookings Require Prepayment.Bookings must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.We are happy to reschedule appointments within 24 hours of notice.Any last minute cancellations or no shows will forfeit their prepayment as this acts as the cancellation charge. We do not refund bookings,we are happy to provide a gift voucher To use at a later date. Gift Vouchers are non refundable.Please make sure before purchasing you are happy with our terms and conditions .
